THE REQUEST

Trace the circuit. Check the result.

Build a 1 V CMOS inverter, sweep the input from 0 to 1 V in 5 mV increments, and inspect switching and transistor states.

An input edit was not committed, leaving the saved bias at 0 V. The agent returns to the setup, confirms 0.5 V with Enter, and reruns the analysis.

The transfer crossing is estimated near 0.498 V from the 5 mV sweep. Separate device reports retain the +5.778 µA and −5.778 µA currents at the nominal 0.5 V input.

Native schematic, simulation setup, waveform state and operating-point evidence.
