# Third-party notices

Website code is Apache-2.0. The blue Beipo mark and NorthCUA wordmark identify this
project. Attribution grants no rights to external application trademarks or UIs.

- Astro and Three.js: MIT; licenses are exported from installed packages.
- Anybody and Hanken Grotesk: SIL Open Font License 1.1, included beside local
  fonts in `public/fonts/` and the outlined wordmark in `brand/`.
- MiSans VF by Xiaomi: locally hosted, unmodified official WOFF2 slices. Used
  under the MiSans Fonts Intellectual Property License Agreement, included at
  `public/fonts/misans/MiSans-LICENSE.pdf`. See `docs/provenance/misans.json`.
- Chinese homepage display titles: Source Han Serif SC Regular by Adobe, SIL Open
  Font License 1.1. The local WOFF2 subset is renamed NorthCUA Display Song;
  original outlines and attribution are retained. License:
  `public/fonts/song/OFL.txt`; provenance: `docs/provenance/song.json`.
- Benchmark provider SVG marks: Lobe Icons, MIT; original license included at
  `public/brand/benchmarks/LICENSE.txt`. Marks identify comparison models and
  remain the property of their respective owners. No endorsement is implied.
- Resource links: the Hugging Face color mark comes from Lobe Icons under the
  same MIT license; the GitHub mark comes from GitHub's Primer Octicons under MIT,
  with its license at `public/brand/resources/primer-LICENSE.txt`. Original brand
  colors are retained. Sources and hashes: `docs/provenance/resource-icons.json`.
- The user-supplied NorthCUA Technical Report (NorthCUA Team, 2026-10-28),
  its cover and faithful figure crops retain the original labels and attribution.
  Per-figure qualifications distinguish method illustrations from recorded cases.
- Workflow films and screenshots: project demonstrations of external applications.
  Cases distinguish recordings, native outcomes and derived interactive models.
- The TIDAL GLB derives from the recorded native artifact; its qualification and
  provenance remain in `public/models/tidal-manifest.json`.
- Silicon Atlas is synthetic demonstration data, not measured silicon performance.
  Failures, unknown outcomes and missing measurements remain in the full table.
- Citations retain the original _NexCUA Technical Report_ identity; NorthCUA labels
  do not imply new experiments. Recorded media hashes retain their provenance.

Dependency licenses are also available under `/legal/` after preparation.
